Yes! We are proud to inform you that we offer worldwide standard shipping for FREE. However, we currently do not offer expedited shipping because we prefer to avoid high import taxes they charge to our customers.

Please note that it takes 1-3 days to fulfill your order and dispatch it for shipping. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Estimated delivery time will vary for each country, but our standard delivery timeline is between 7-18 business days for the US and 7-25 business days for the rest of the world depending on the location. These are estimations only and actual delivery times may vary per the local postal couriers.

Please note that there may be some delays in shipping times due to the holiday season

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Yes! We provide tracking information on all orders. You can find the tracking information for your order on the order lookup form. If you need any help regarding the status of your order, please email us with your name and order number.

We work with many partnered factories around the world to supply us with their wonderful products and most of our partnered factories are located in Hong Kong. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
We have numerous warehouses so frequently we'll be shipping items separately from multiple locations. If one item comes, don't worry, everything will arrive!

All our orders are protected by our Order Insurance. If your order does not arrive to you or gets lost in transit, we can certainly issue a full refund for your purchase, resend the item to you, or issue store credit.
Although shipping takes 15 business days in most cases, if you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we cannot guarantee that the items will reach you in time as shipping couriers are busier during the holiday season and may take longer to ship your item to you. It may reach you earlier than specified or it could be a few days late. Therefore, there is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates as this is not something that is in our hands. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes! We are unable to cancel and refund an order after we start processing it. This is usually within a 12-hour time frame. Please contact us before then if you would like to cancel your order.
At NeuNoon, we try our best with cases of returns and exchanges. We are able to offer refunds or exchanges for items with defects that were present upon arrival. In the unlikely event that the item received is faulty or defective, please email us within 14 days of receiving it and we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price and/or shipping cost. Should these charges be incurred, they will be collected from you upon delivery. Please check with your country’s custom office for more information. These charges are your responsibility.
