All orders are protected by our Order Insurance. If your order does not arrive to you or gets lost in transit, we can certainly issue a full refund for your purchase, resend the item to you, or issue store credit.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes! We are unable to cancel and refund an order after we start processing it. This is usually within a 12-hour time frame. Please contact us before then if you would like to cancel your order.
Can I return an item for an exchange or a refund?
At NeuNoon, we try our best with cases of returns and exchanges. We are able to offer refunds or exchanges for items with defects that were present upon arrival. In the unlikely event that the item received is faulty or defective, please email us within 14 days of receiving it and we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
