Estimated delivery time will vary for each country, but our standard delivery timeline is between 7-18 business days for the US and UK and 10-25 business days for the rest of the world depending on the location.

All orders are protected by Order Insurance. If your order does not arrive to you or gets lost in transit, you can request a full refund, reshipment of your order, or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if a product is returned due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
